I purchased my item at www.synkergear.com. How do I return or exchange it?

You may exchange or return products purchased on www.synkergear.com for a full refund (less return shipping costs) within 30 days of the purchase date. For defective products beyond 30 days, please reach out to customer support at hello@synkergear.com.

I purchased my item somewhere else. How do I return or exchange it?

If you purchased your Synker product from an authorized third party retailer, please follow their return/exchange policies first. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether a third party seller is an authorized retailer. If you are having trouble resolving your refund/exchange issue, please reach out to our support team at hello@synkergear.com.

What information do I need to have in order to start the refund/exchange process?

You will need the full name of the purchaser and a proof of purchase (such as an order number or confirmation, gift receipt or packing slip). Please reach out to us using our contact form or at hello@synkergear.com to initiate the refund/exchange process.

When will my refund be issued?

We will send you a notification email stating that you received a refund. The refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
